Rescheduling Delivery
Unless your purchase is above a certain amount of items or the total weight of your order us excessuve, your new items will be sent via UPS. UPS in most cases will leave your new purchase on your porch or at your front door without a signature. If you require additional drop off details, please respond to your initial email invoice/order stating your needs.
When items are sent common carrier, the carrier will call the number that you entered with your order to schedule a delivery time. Prior to the carrier phoning you, you would have received a email with the carrier's name and pro number (for tracking). If for any reason you need to reschedule your delivery time or date, you will need to get in touch with the carrier listed in your shipping confirmation email.
Once an item leaves our warehouse via common carrier, the carrier typically handles all delivery schedules on their end. If for some reason you are having problems getting in touch with the carrier or have special needs, you may phone our office for assistance.
