Product Repairs
If your product falls within our manufacturers warranty time frame, all product repairs are free and will be covered under warranty during that time.
Sometimes however we get calls from customers that are out of warranty and may request for certain parts of their item to be replaced. Under certain circumstances we will manufacturer special pieces for a item, however some restrictions may apply.
Typically if you are located near sea water or coastal area, it is recommended that you periodically spray your stainless steel hardware with a silicone based product, such as WD40. Although the hardware is powder coated stainless steel, we find it a good practice to do.
