Each Polywood furniture piece is shipped simple knock down which means it is "partially assembled" (and very easy to put together). Please note, there are some items that ship completely assembled! We note that on the site so you know what to expect. Most orders ship via UPS, however, some larger Polywood items or orders with multiple pieces will ship via freight carrier, which will arrive to your home curbside on a skid. It is important to always provide a physical address as either means of transporting your new Poly-Wood furniture will require delivery to a physical location and not a PO Box. UPS shipments will be left without a signature being required which is very convenient. Customers whose order shipped by Common Carrier will receive a phone call from the freight company to schedule a convenient time for delivery. Regardless of the shipping method, you will be notified by email, from Polywood Furniture with tracking information for the shipment of your order so you may monitor the progress of the delivery each step of the way. UPS will give you an exact delivery date via their website and the Common Carrier gives a projected ship date pending a scheduled appointment.
We have the largest availability of Quick Ship and Exclusive POLYWOOD® items available on the market today. All Quick Ship Polywood items leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Any Poly Wood item not labeled as quick ship will require manufacturing time of up 5 days to two weeks. Shipping time does vary depending on your location. Upon receipt of your new Poly wood furniture we recommend that you inspect all packages to ensure there is no damage. If you should find any damages even something minute, contact us within 24 hours! More specifically, if your order is delivered by Common Carrier it is super important that you count the packages to make certain the quantity listed on the bill of lading matches the quantity you are signing for.
