How to Track your Order

Tracking your order is easy! The status of your order can be viewed by logging into your account HERE. In your dashboard you will have access to all your shipping, billing and order status as well as any historical orders that you may have.

 

Upon your initial order you should have received an email confirmation listing your item(s) that you ordered with all shipping and billing information for your inspection. Typically your order will ship out from SAME to 5 days depending on the item(s) ordered. Once your item ships, you will recieve a second email with your tracking information so that you may track your package online.

 

If you placed your order as a 'Guest', you may respond to your original email confirmation and request an update on the status of your order. One of our representatives will get back with you within the hour. Always remember to add our website url to your email 'safe' list to allow us to correspond with you via email. This will allow for our emails not to end up in your spam filter and for you to receive the requested information.

 

You may also call our toll free number at 877-876-5996 to check status, however an email response is the preferred method. This will allow us time to research your request and get a prompt response to you right away!
